Your agency sells pipeline. Who is building yours?

I build and run your agency’s outbound: the targeting, the research, the sending. Every opening line comes from the prospect’s own website, so you can check it against the source.

294 emails to UK agencies in August, 12 replies 1 hard bounce, zero blacklists in 266 checks No clients, and no meetings booked yet. You would be the first.

90 seconds of the engine running on real companies.

  • No bought lists. Built to your brief
  • No “love your work”. Facts from their site
  • Your domain untouched. Sending runs elsewhere
  • Warmed first. Never blasted
  • You get replies. Not a dashboard login

Outbound breaks in five places. This closes all five.

Agencies rarely quit cold email because it cannot work. They quit because one link in the chain fails quietly and nobody is watching it.

If you would not pitch them, they do not go on the list

UK agencies inside a workable size band, read out of the full Companies House register. That is how this list was built, and how you came to be reading this. Yours gets cut the same way, down to the few dozen you would actually pitch.

1 of 1

One opener per company, written once, used once

The engine reads that company’s own site and writes a first line about that company. Nobody else receives it. What most tools call personalisation is a merge field wearing a costume.

One hard bounce in 294 sends

Every address is verified before anything goes out. That is August’s figure from the sending dashboard, not a target — and bounce rate decides whether a domain keeps arriving at all.

Nobody is chased after saying yes

A reply halts the sequence in the same minute. The most expensive email in outbound is the follow-up that lands after someone has already answered.

When it breaks at 3am, I get the alert

Every stage reports in. You find out because I tell you, not three weeks later when you notice the replies stopped.

You approve the brief. The engine does the week.

About an hour of your time in the first fortnight. After that it runs whether or not you think about it.

Find

A list built for you, not resold to you

I build the target list from your brief: industry, headcount, geography, the job title that actually signs. Not a database everyone in your market already emailed twice this year.

Research

One company, one honest sentence

Before anything sends, the system reads the company’s website and writes a line about what they specifically do. You can check any opener against the source in ten seconds.

Refuse

It writes UNCLEAR rather than guess

When a site is thin or says two things at once, the prompt has one escape hatch: output the single word UNCLEAR rather than invent a detail. On the last run it caught four mis-classified companies in 102 — a payments provider, two recruiting-software firms and a research product, all filed as agencies. It found bad leads for free, by refusing. A wrong specific is worse than no specific, because it proves nobody looked.

Send

Three weeks of warming before email one

From a separate domain, never yours, with authentication in place and volume raised a step at a time — a spike is what trips the filters. Then one message a week: sent, replied, booked. Two minutes to read, nothing padded to look busy.

Anyone can automate sending. The hard part is being worth a reply.

Most tools sold as personalisation drop a company name into a template. On the right is email one from the August campaign, exactly as it was sent. The highlighted sentence is the only part the engine wrote.

Open kudosnarratives.com and the line is on the first screen. That is the whole test, and it takes ten seconds.

Hi [name],

Written by the engine, from their site

Matching 500+ LinkedIn creators with B2B tech brands — from AI tools and payment gateways to phygital 3D holograms — is a niche you’ve actually carved out.

That line wasn’t me — my system wrote it, after reading Kudos Narratives’ site. It’s what I build: AI outbound engines for agencies that find your ideal-fit leads, research each one, and write a genuinely personal opener. This email is the product, running.

I’ve got a 90-second video of it working live — want the link?

Temurbek

Email one of the August campaign, verbatim, with the recipient’s name removed. Eighty-four agencies can check this against their own inbox.

All three are real companies from the August list, named with their own words beside them. Firms that replied, or asked to be left alone, are not on this page.

I would rather turn you down than waste your quarter.

Outbound multiplies an offer that already works. It cannot rescue one that does not.

Worth a conversation

  • You sell pipeline to clients but still build your own prospect lists by hand.
  • Someone senior loses five to ten hours a week to research and cold copy.
  • You have closed at least one client from a cold email and want that repeatable.
  • Referrals pay the bills, and that dependence has started to worry you.

Not yet

  • You have never sold this service to a stranger. We would be testing the offer, not the system.
  • You want to licence a tool and run it yourself. This is built and operated for you.
  • You need meetings this month. Warming the infrastructure properly takes the first two to three weeks.
  • Your buyer does not read email. Nothing here fixes that.

The questions agency owners actually ask.

How is this different from hiring an SDR?

A good SDR researches perhaps twenty companies a day and costs a salary plus management. This researches every company on the list, writes each opener from that research, and runs every morning without a stand-up. You still take the calls, which is the part that needs a person.

Will this damage my domain reputation?

Nothing sends from your main domain. Outbound runs on a separate domain with its own authentication and its own warmed mailboxes. If reputation ever takes a hit, it lands on a domain that exists purely for this and can be replaced.

What do you need from me?

A clear description of your best client, your offer, and roughly what you charge for it. Then about an hour in total across the first two weeks to approve the target list and sign off the angle.

How long before anything happens?

Two to three weeks of warming before the first send. After that, here is all of it. The August campaign sent 294 emails to UK agencies and got 12 replies, one hard bounce, and no meetings booked. Anyone promising booked calls in week one is skipping the warming, and you inherit that decision later. What I can put a number on is the trial: three companies in, three openers back inside 24 hours.

Is cold email still allowed in the UK and EU?

Business to business outreach is permitted on the right legal basis, with clear identification of who is writing and an easy way out. Every message says who I am and why I am writing. A request to stop is honoured immediately and permanently.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Temurbek. I build and run this myself, and I work as a product data analyst at a fintech, which is where the habit of instrumenting every stage and alerting on failure comes from. There is no team behind me and no account manager between us: the person who builds your system is the person who answers your email. That cuts both ways, and it is worth knowing before you start.

You have no clients yet. Why would I go first?

Because you can check the work before committing to any of it. Send three companies, get three openers back inside 24 hours, and judge them against what your own team writes. That is a smaller risk than most agencies take on a new hire. I would rather earn the first client honestly than borrow proof I have not made.

What happens to the three companies I send you?

Nothing, beyond the openers I send back. They are your prospects, not mine. I run the engine on the three, send you what it writes, and that is the end of it — I do not contact them, add them to a list, or keep them. Approaching the companies you just handed me would be competing with the person I am trying to work for.

What does it cost?

It depends on send volume and how many segments you want running at once. I would rather show you the output on your own market first, then price it against what a booked call is worth to you. The trial run itself is free and carries no obligation.

See it run on your market first.

Send me three companies you would genuinely want as clients. Within 24 hours I will send back the opener the engine writes for each one, unedited, with the line from their site that produced it. You judge it on names you already know, before we ever speak.

They are your prospects, not mine. I run the engine on the three, send you what it writes, and that is the end of it. I don’t contact them.

It costs nothing and there is no call attached. If the openers are not better than what your team writes by hand, say so and that is the end of it.
