For UK, Irish and Dutch recruiters

You place people for a living. Who’s finding your next client?

Outflo watches UK job adverts, finds the companies hiring the roles you fill in the week they start looking, researches each one from its own site, and writes the first email to each. You approve the list. You take the calls.

Free to try. And if you run it for real, I don’t invoice until it has booked you a meeting.

179 recruitment firms researched, with an opener written for each.

Written by the engine, from the firm’s own site

Surgical robotics leadership hiring follows regulatory approval gates, so viable candidates surface in bursts, not streams.

I’m a data analytics engineer at a fintech, 1.5 million borrowers, north of $1 billion lent. At that scale, I build automation systems that run unattended and catch their own mistakes.

For the last few months I’ve been pointing that at recruitment.

01the mechanism

Four steps, run while the desk is closed.

  1. 01

    Read the adverts

A company advertising a role has budget signed off, a hiring manager with a problem, and a deadline it did not choose. That is a better buying signal than any firmographic filter.

  2. 02

Keep only the companies hiring your roles

Not everyone hiring. The companies advertising the roles your desk actually fills, in the week they start looking, in the countries you can invoice.

    25,582 in the ICP band

  3. 03

Research each one from its own site

It reads the company’s own website, not a database summary: what regulator, clearance or season sits between them and a placement. When a site is too thin to say, it returns UNCLEAR rather than guess. That caught four companies in 102 that sell to recruiters rather than being one.

  4. 04

Write the first email to each

One opener per company, written from that research, used once. No merge field, no spreadsheet column, no company name dropped into a sentence that would work for anyone else.

02the film

Ninety seconds of it actually running.

One run, recorded: adverts in, companies out, each one researched, the opener written. No slides, no narration over a mockup.

Captured, not rendered.

Faster than watching it: send three companies and read what it writes.

03the openers

Three real openers, and the line on each site that produced them.

Unedited engine output, 17 August. None of these sentences appears on the firm’s own site — each joins facts that are into a consequence that is not. Every firm is named and linked. Open the site and look.

MedTech executive search

Surgical robotics leadership hiring follows regulatory approval gates, so viable candidates surface in bursts, not streams.

SourceTheir site reads “Executive & board search. US, Europe & UK. MedTech only.” and “C-Suite. Board. VP+”, names surgical-robotics clients, and describes placing a Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer to guide “both FDA and CE-mark approvals.”

I have no clients. You would be the first.

Which is the honest reason to take the free trial and not my word for anything.

This fits if

  • You sell to companies that advertise roles. That advert is the first signal the engine reads.
  • Your desk fills specific roles. Specific is what makes an opener checkable.
  • You want to approve the list before anything sends. You approve it. I run the week.
  • You are 2 to 30 people and prospecting is nobody’s actual job, so it is the first thing to drop.

Not yet, if

  • You want a reply rate for recruitment quoted up front. That campaign has not sent, and I will not borrow someone else’s.
  • You want to log into a tool. There is no dashboard and you never see one.
  • You need it live this week. Warming takes two to three weeks — the difference between an inbox and a spam folder — and skipping it is a decision you inherit three months later.
  • You want it sent from your main domain. I will not do that to your domain.
  • You are looking for a case study. I have no clients yet.

If you are on the left-hand list, the next step costs nothing.

06questions

The seven I actually get asked.

01You have no clients yet. Why would I go first?

Because you can check the work before you commit to any of it, and judge it against what your own team writes. That is a smaller risk than a new hire’s first week. I would rather earn the first one than borrow proof I have not made.

02What does this do that Apollo and a template do not?

Apollo gives you a list. A template gives you a send. Neither reads the company. The research is the product here: every opener is written from that company’s own website, which is why you can check any line against its source in ten seconds.

03What is the reply rate?

Not for recruitment — that campaign has not sent. The one that has run went to marketing agencies: 294 emails, 12 replies, one bounce, and no meetings booked. That is the whole of it, and I would rather show you a thin number of mine than a fat one of someone else’s.

04Do you send from my domain?

Not your main one. You buy a separate sending domain and its mailboxes, yours and they stay yours, and I authenticate and warm them before anything sends. A burnt domain takes your invoices and your candidate emails down with it.

05What if the openers are not good?

Then you have lost nothing and told me something useful. If what comes back is not better than what your team writes, say so and we are done.

06Is cold outreach like this legal in the UK and EU?

Yes. B2B outreach to a named business contact at a business address is lawful in the UK and the EU under legitimate interest, provided the sender is identified and opt-out is honoured immediately. Every email says who I am and how to stop it.

07What does it cost?

No pricing here, deliberately. It depends on volume and on how much of the list you want researched, and quoting a number before I know either would be a guess dressed up as a rate. What I will commit to: I don’t invoice until it has booked you a meeting.

07where to start

Send me three companies you’d want as clients.

I’ll run the engine on them and send back the opener it writes for each, unedited, with the line from their site that produced it. Inside 24 hours, free, no call attached.

Judge them against what your own team writes. If they lose, say so and we are done.

They are your prospects, not mine. I run the engine on the three, send you what it writes, and that is the end of it. I don’t contact them.
